The first post
Welcome to the first post of my first blog. This will be (mostly) about attempting to create an urban haven for my family and local wildlife in my back garden in the heart of London. Here goes..
Very new to the gardening game, though I've observed my parents' activities for many a year. Dad is the rough and ready vegetable gardener, Mum is the plantswoman who can create a wonderful oasis. Both come from the pre-war era & have a love of nature and knowledge of the countryside that has rubbed off on me, although I resisted it for years..
